When compared to other benefits providers, this is a great app. The bar is low. This app is pretty user friendly but has minor issues like drop down menus that block your view of what youre typing and poor instructions. For a big company like sun life, they could do a lot better by investing more in a more modern app.

If you have Sunlife insurance, you need this app. This is the quickest, most convenient way to check your benefits, balances, and conditions of certain services. The app is easy to use, and has made my life a lot simpler.

I have been submitting claims electronically with SunLife for a number of years. This new app makes easier then ever. I love it!

Great app-easy to use and makes for fast claims.

Makes submitting claims a breeze, works every time, just wish their was a way to print/email processed claims from the app so my spouse can claim the remainder on her benefits plan.

Very painful to make a claim using this app. But I guess they are not in the business of making it easy for us to use their money. Better than nothing.

So simple to use and you dont need to sit in front of the computer to submit a claim anymore. Can check everything on your phone!
